Carolynn Martin, President
Carolynn Martin-Person is currently the president of the View Park Section of the National Council of Negro Women Inc. Southern California Area. She is and has always been a community advocate and activist and is dedicated to the mission of the National Council of Negro Women Inc. She currently works in the field of HIV/AIDS as a Program Director and brings this expertise to NCNW. NCNW has a world wide interest in the effects of HIV/AIDS on communities of color and this focus is locally supported by View Park. Mrs. Martin-Person is also the Co-Chair for the National Black HIV AIDS Awareness Day Coalition Los Angeles. She is the mother of four adult children and grandmother of fifteen.

Sondra Shorter, 1st Vice President
Sondra is responsible for NCNW Programs. She teaches at Markham Middle School.

Genesse Simmons, 2nd Vice President
Genesse is a member of the New Frontier Democratic Club and is very politically active. Mrs. Simmons is responsible for recruitment of new NCNW Members.

Lady Cage-Barile, Recording Secretary
Lady Cage is responsible for all correspondence and documentation. Mrs. Barile has dual Master Degrees in Education and is a High School Teacher .

Carolyn McGruder, Treasurer
Carolyn is the past President of the View park Section a member of NCNW Life Members Guild. She is responsible for all accounting, billing and bank activity. She is the mother of twin sons and a dedicated member of Holman United Methodist Church where she plays in the Bell Choir.
